Merry Christmas & A Happy New Year!

WOW. I can’t believe we are down to the end of the year again! I feel like 2011 has flown so fast. It was a super busy year for me, and I appreciate seeing back so many familiar faces! I also had the chance to meet lots of new ones that hopefully become regular faces as well! I have a few fun changes coming in the new year, what would the new year be without some new goals and ideas?! And still a few sessions that look like they will be blogged in the new year. At least they got their disc on time. And I hope you all have a very merry christmas, travel safe and a wonderful new year!

I snuck in my own family pictures early this fall…. I took some from my friends blog…. love them.

I get emails fairly often with people asking me to see my “before” and “afters” So I thought I would share a few. I am not a huge “photoshopper” I prefer a more clean and simple look, I really try and keep it very minimal. I think a SOOC shot that is well exposed, and has a good white balance, really doesn’t need much… In my opinion.

What do you think?

I already posted about this on FB but in case you aren’t a FB’er I thought I better post here as well. My schedule is already filling up really fast for fall. And I just wanted to give you all a heads up. I know fall seems far away, but its always here before we know it. And I have promised myself this year I will only take a limited number of sessions each month. Between fall being a busy time of year with pictures for me and my husband being super busy with work to, somebody must be around to watch our kids. So if you are thinking of a family session for those x.mas cards, or some of your kids, or those milestone pictures, newborn, 6mth, 1 yr. etc. Contact me soon. Email issues…

I just realized that my contact form on my site, has not been sending me e.mails. After putting two and two together I think I haven’t been receiving them for at least 1.5 months. So if you have recently, or maybe not even so recently tried sending me an email from my site, and I never responded, I apologize! Send it again. This little man is Skinney Finneys older brother, you’ll notice the cuteness factor going on again. He’s adorable, but definetly makes me work a little harder at getting some pictures. He told me he’s shy. But seriously so cute. And his mom brought some more cute hats.
